The complex is situated next to the Sand river. As you enter the complex you will find the unit on the right side of the complex where the pool and beautiful gardens are. On the second floor you will enter a fully tiled unit through a door with a security gate. On your left is a row of built in cupboards with ample packing space. On your right is the bathroom with a wash basin, toilet, bath and hand shower. As you go further down the passage you will see a very nice spacious kitchen on your right with ample packing space, a new oven, hob and extractor fan. The living area is very tiny however can comfortably fit a double bed, a small couch and wall mounted television. As you go through the living area you go onto a very small balcony and can fit a small braai on it. The balcony overlooks beautiful gardens. It is safe and secure. Close to all amenities.
