This two- bedroom flat, attached to the main house with it's own private entrance, is surrounded by a beautiful, bird-filled garden. The space has a lovely atmosphere: spacious and light-filled with big windows looking on to masses of plants. In winter, sun comes streaming through the huge lounge's window. The area is very safe as it is in a small gated, established community. The garden has gate access into an elite school which is full of walking trails, mtn bike trails, dams, birds and bees, restaurants and coffee shops. There is space for one car in a garage, one undercover parking and also driveway space. The flat has two good-sized bedrooms, surrounded by plants, a huge lounge/dining room area, a cozy kitchen (with a fridge, hotplates and oven) and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The garden is tended by our long-time gardener. If you like to grow veges etc, there are veg gardens behind the house that you are welcome to use.
