It is an open plan spacious area, split into 2 - kitchen, study and dining one side, bedroom and ''living room'' on the other. Nice veranda overlooking pool. Separate shower and toilet bathroom area. It has 2 entrances, separate from the house.

The unit is 90% furnished (excludes kettle, bedlinen and towels), is non-smoking and no pets.

Should someone prefer unfurnished, I can arrange something.

Rental includes: wifi & water, garage parking for 1 car, washing 2 loads per week as the cottage does not have a water outlet for a machine

Rental excludes: electricity (pre-paid meter installed), cleaning (my domestic is available for cleaning as well as ironing)
