The furnishings include a queen-sized bed, a pedestal with a bedside lamp, ample built-in cupboard space, a bar fridge, a kettle and a television. There are large mirrors and custom artwork on the walls and the windows have fitted curtains. The half bathroom features a spacious shower, fitted blinds, and ample shelf and counter space. A second door leads out to an open patio area, with direct access to the pool and garden area.

Tenants enjoy access to a communal pool and outdoor area and have access to a carport. The monthly utilities are charged at R750 per month. This includes: water, electricity, DSTV, uncapped fibre as well as daily servicing of the room and a weekly full clean, for your convenience.
