The house is available for student accommodation or for a single professional willing to share a home yet still enjoy personal space. The main house has 5 spacious fully furnished bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a single loo. The cottage has 3 furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also have a bachelor room with it's own kitchenette and bathroom. Rentals start from R4,950 per room.

The accommodation is a safe home away from home for a student that would like to occupy one of the bedrooms and does not mind sharing a home. The walking distance to STADIO Design School is a bonus. Big garden space. Large lounge and a kitchen with loads of cupboard space.

The rental per room includes water. Electricity is charged at R360 per person per month. Only 1 (One) person may occupy each room. Complementary unlimited wifi is available. The shared spaces are cleaned once a week but the personal spaces are the responsibility of the occupant, however, an extra clean can be requested at a fee. A deposit of 1 month's rental is required.
