This Studio Garden Cottage comes serviced once a week with cleaning and laundry.

The Kitchen area has a two plate stove, oven, small fridge and some storage space. There is an area next to the Kitchen with a desk and chair.

The Bedroom area has some wardrobe space and shelf space, double bed and an ensuite Bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

There is a separate street entrance for the cottage and 1 covered parking reserved for the cottage.

Water & Electricity are a Flat Rate of R500 per month.
