2 Bed House in Melville

This is a classic Melville heritage semi-detached house, complete with original Oregon pine details, pressed steel ceilings and a wood burning fireplace, and it opens to a garden on the north.

We like to rent it either to a single person, or a family with a small child, or two female friends, since there is only one bathroom. One or two small dogs are welcome. The rental includes water and a gardener once a week. The additional costs are prepaid City Power, Egoli Gas and Beagle Watch. It is alarmed at doors and infrared sensors, and there is a cable point. No solar power - though we could consider installing it if the rent is a bit higher. The wiring was just checked for a CoC. We would like a 1 year lease.
