The property is centrally located, walking distance to Greenside shops and restaurants. Close to Emmarentia Dam, Virgin Active and Pirates. 10 minutes from Rosebank, UJ & Wits around 15 minutes. The cottage is suitable for single persons under 35 - no couples or children. Sharing will not be allowed. No pets please. As the cottage is in the grounds of a private residence, we reserve the right to let the cottage to the applicant deemed most suitable. The lease period is minimum 12 months.
