The residence has a tandem parking space in the garage, and use of the garden and separate shared laundry area. The property is shared : two young people currently rent a semi-detached, private cottage, and a caretaker responsible for the garden lives in a separate building to the rear of the property. The upstairs residence of the main house is occasionally used by the owner.

Electricity is metered, and tenants share cost of services. A city gas geyser supplys hot water to the residence. The kitchen has an electric stove, and a small gas counter-top hob.

A mother and daughter recently shared the residence, but it would suit a mature, financially independent single person, looking to create their own home space. Equally, it could be shared by a couple. However, the rent thereto would be R 7 000 pm for 2 people - R 3 500 pm each. More than 2 people will not be considered.
