Incredible neighbours and quiet neighbourhood even though you are a stones throw from high schools, primary school and a shopping complex with a Super Spar. This is home is secure with armed response, electric fencing, alarm and security gates at all entrances as well as in the passage.

Contractually you will have to look after the garden, lawn and plants. Water meter and electricity meter readings will be taken and account calculated monthly. You will also be responsible for refuse removal, sewage and armed response (optional). No need for municipal account. Stand shared with tenants from flatlet but they are separate from the main house (fenced/walled in with a gate).

Tenant also responsible for upkeep of the pool.
