WiFi is included in the rental, as well as a TV box with access to Amazon and Netflix.

There are 2 large yet very friendly dogs as well as cats on the property so the tenant would need to be an animal lover.

The rental includes a domestic service once a week for cleaning and washing bedding. Laundry of clothing not included.
