Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (main en-suite) as well as an area that could be used as office space/sleeping area for an extra guest.

A separate garden cottage consists of a large bedroom (fifth) and en-suite with a shower. Plenty of space to add a sleeper couch or arrange comfortable sofas.

The single garage, with direct access into the house, is tiled and can be used as a sixth bedroom when extra family comes to stay. Fully enclosed, alarm, outside shower, and a rainwater tank.
