Entering the home, you have the well equipped open plan kitchen on your left, with granite counters, a gas stove and separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining area with seating for 8 people. The open plan living area offers a lounge with TV on the one side, and a smaller lounge on the other. The TV lounge opens up onto the patio area, where you will find a gas and Weber braai, another table that can seat 6 and a large patio umbrella for shade.

Two bedrooms are downstairs, 1 en-suite and the other with a bathroom that is also used as the guest toilet. Upstairs is the main en-suite bedroom with access to a large balcony. All the rooms have queen beds. If required, 2 single beds for kids can be added on the landing. This beautiful home is comfortably furnished and will be a perfect setting for a lovely family break-away. The home has an inverter to run lights and the TV in case of power outages, but absolutely no appliances/plug points can be used when running off the inverter.

If required, a jetty at the small boat harbour can be arranged with the owner at an additional cost.
