This house offers the best of both worlds, on the canals and in walking distance to the beach.

This north facing house is light, comfortable and modern and although it is on the canal ,it is built back on the property to add to your privacy when entertaining family and friends.

It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just across the road from the Kromme river.

The kitchen is well designed and has a service counter from where guests can be served. Between the dining room and the lounge area is a lovely gas fireplace to heat up the living area on those cooler days. Two bedrooms downstairs with en-suite bathrooms are sunny and spacious.

Upstairs is another two bedrooms, one is the main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. The home can sleep 12 people. There is also a TV lounge with doors opening out onto a patio that over looks the canal.

This house also has a braai room with a built in braai and stack doors that open into the garden with stairs leading down to a jetty.

Ample parking is available and there is double under cover parking with lockable double doors.
