82.8 ha Farm in Swellendam

This 83-hectare farm, surrounded by the slopes of the Langeberg Mountains and its natural beauty, is located one and a half kilometers outside Swellendam and has been developed as a working farm that offers numerous opportunities for the entrepreneur. There are also two sheds, primarily for storage, packaging, and currently housing 5 cold rooms and two refrigeration containers. Tractors, trucks, implements, stock, and animals are available additionally.
