The farm is nestled at the foot of the picturesque Groenberg Mountain, a mere 5 minutes drive from Wellington and 1 hours drive from Cape town International Airport. Not only is this unique property the smallest registered wine estate in South Africa, it also offers elegant living in the Cape Dutch manor house, a fully functional wine cellar and two self-catering cottages.

Of the 4.3ha (11 Acre), 2.5ha (6 Acre) is planted to Chenin, Viognier, Shiraz, Mourvèdre and one block Old Vine Chenin which is 42 years old. The vineyard is trellised and under drip irrigation with an average harvest of 15-20 tons. Additional plantings consist of 100 olive trees, guava, pomegranate, quince, apple and other fruit trees. The wine cellar is fully equipped and licenced for production as well as on-and-off consumption. The cellar produces 20 000 25 000 bottles of wine annually of which 80% is exported.

Water is supplied by a borehole and stored in 6 X 5000lt JoJo tanks. Electricity is supplied by Eskom with Solar, Inverters and batteries as back up. The property is fully fenced and all buildings are equipped with alarm systems and armed response.

Buildings on the farm consist of the 400m manor house, 2 self-catering cottages, laborer cottage, wine cellar, toolshed and building rights to erect one additional house.
