The property is situated about 5 km from the town of Touws River. There is a 2 bedroomed house as as well as a 1 bedroomed cottage and a labourer''s cottage.

The borehole delivers about 15 000 liters per hour and there is a cement dam. Reverse osmosis provides plenty of drinking water and the owner is in the process of installing solar panels. At present about 1.5 ha is planted with Lucerne, about 1 ha with sorghum and about 4 ha is uncultivated. About 7 ha is fenced with game fencing, there are 2 springbok and about 20 meat master sheep on the farm.
