As a member of the Homeowners Association HOA, it''s important to understand how levies are structured and what they cover. The levies specifically fund the maintenance and upkeep of the common property, shared among all homeowners

Rental Pool Participation

If you choose to be part of the rental pool, please note that the resort reserves the right to rent your chalet on your behalf. Private rentals are not permitted. All revenue generated from accommodations within the rental pool is pooled together and distributed equally among the participating owners.

For owners involved in the rental program, HOA levies will be deducted from the distributable rental income before it is disbursed to you.
