This 7,1992 Ha Plot is an excellent place for either cattle or crop farming and earning rental income on the sideline from 7 dwellings.

The property has buildings dating from 1912 through to 2012, in various steps of aging.

The property consists of 5 buildings containing 7 dwellings. Houses 1,2 and 5 have separate carports, with small storerooms. Houses 3, 4 and 6 have lean-to carports. House 7 has a workshop and stores attached, as well as 3 separate garages, a change room plus showering facilities and a tractor shed. One large shed contains two major and lesser storeroom and three garages. There is a small shelter for garbage bins, with adjoining repositories one for building material and the other for garden clippings.

All the roofs have been replaced, repaired, or painted as seen necessary. They are therefore in various states of repair., but all are in a fit state and do not leak.

The undeveloped / fallow area of the property has invasive vegetation, which has been systematically slashed, mowed, cut and sprayed. This is an ongoing task.

The borehole water has very few dissolved salts in it and is therefore aggressive to both copper and galvanized piping. Most of the plumbing has been replaced by plastics, but there are still some which are vulnerable and would need replacing in time. It must also be noted that some of the plastic pipe joints are clamped with stainless steel straps secured by mild steel bolts, which will also corrode over time.

The boundary line and fencing has still to be replaced, which is dependent on the imposition of servitudes of each property on the other to remedy an incorrect fence line as purchased in 2002. The servitudes have been defined and surveyed and are awaiting ratification by the Surveyor General. Once this is received, Timrite must proceed with the fencing of the changed servitude boundary.
