Irrigation & grazing farm. The property consists of two hundred and twenty nine hectares, situated in the Crocodile River Mountain Conservancy, approximately twenty kilometres from Nelspruit. The farm is easy accessible from the N4 Maputo Corridor.

Fifty-five hectares of arable land was planted to sugarcane in the past. There is one equipped borehole and four unequipped boreholes as well as a three-phase electricity supply point. A water allocation of 260 000 m from the Crocodile River can be negotiated at an additional cost.
