21 ha Farm in Nelspruit

This 21 hectare farm is situated close to Kaapsehoop and is currently used for residential purposes

with a large portion used for orchard farming with macadamias and litchis, the orchards vary in age

and condition.

The orchards are in full production which generates a steady annual income.The

macadamia orchard is approximately 9ha and the litchi orchard about 3ha.

The farm has irrigation rights registered with Noordkaap River Irrigation Board, the micro sprayers

are pumped from a nearby dam, 20 000 litres per hour.The household has borehole water 8000

litres per hour. The electricity is direct from Eskom.

There is a further 5 hectares which is currently being used by the neighbour for grazing. There are 6

staff members and they stay in a small compound on the farm.

The sale of the farm includes the machinery & equipment been mainly: Tractor, 2 x trailers, slasher,

2 x drying bins and 3 phase blowers plus dehuskers.
