191 ha Farm in Alma

This farm is about 40km from Modimolle (Nylstroom) and about 30km from Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) in the Waterberg here in the bush veld.

This amazing game farm in Alma covering an area of 191 ha is sectioned into four camps.

Camp one contains:

1) A large house that has sleeping for 22 people.

2) An additional 2 chalets that can sleep 2 people each.

3) A large shed with everything you need for carrying out repairs, including a tractor, land cruiser and plenty of implements.

4) A large boma, a bar, a pool, and a jacuzzi.

Camp two has 7 chalets which can sleep 4 people each, with an open-plan kitchen. All chalets have a balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner. There is a magnificent restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area plus an outside area where you can enjoy your meal. A built-in bar with everything you need. There are plenty of tables and chairs. Cool down in the beautiful pool on hot days. Lots of game roaming between the chalets.

200 metres from the above chalets you will find the farms main house. Here you have 7 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a family room, a stoep/lapa leading out to a boma and pool where you can experience the bush veld firsthand.

The Bush camp has 2 chalets each sleeping 2 with open-plan kitchen and dining area with a bathroom. You can enjoy a braai with your family in the boma.

The fourth camp has 7 bungalows with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, each sleep 2 people.

Water to the camps is supplied from 3 boreholes.

There are 2 dams covering an area of 1ha when full.

The game that you will find on the farm is impala, blou wildebeest, kudu, nyala, zebra, giraffe and an abundance of smaller game.
