Comfortable 8-sleeper house in a resort, 57km drive from Bela-Bela..

The house is at the 16th hole of the lovely and very popular and internationally renowned golf course.

There are 4 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 x 3/4 beds which can also be converted into a ''Super King''

double bed. The beds, linen & towels were replaced at the end of 2020 with hotel standard.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower & a bath and also a sliding door to the outside.

There is also air conditioning in each of the rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery as well as an ice machine, tumble dryer, washing machine and

dishwasher.

There is also a guest bathroom.

There is air conditioning and a fireplace in the spacious living area for cold winter evenings.

The beautiful porch has a built-in braai and there is also a fire pit.

A small ''puddle'' pool borders the porch.

Your stay in this house gives you access to all the activities available such as the golf, spa, game

There is also currently a 2-seater golf cart which is exclusively for the owners'' use.
