This Bela Bela Waterberg area has a unique climate - something between higher veld and Bushveld climate. During summer, the night temperatures drop down to below 20 C, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning.
Typographic:
This breath-taking Game Farm consists of a mixture of plateau, sloping flats, mountainous areas, river ravines, swimming pools within the creek, valleys, and earth dams. Rocky outcrops, overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg escarpment. The farm steps up with contours with awesome views in the distance. Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometers of roads plus plenty of additional easily accessible game to explore the farm by foot.
Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2.4 m fence well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.

The Lodge:
This lodge with its stunning green lush lawns (computerized irrigation system) can accommodate up to 22 - 24 guests in total. In the middle of this well-maintained garden is a swimming pool which is the center of entertainment during summer times. An old dam is converted into a large BBQ Boma area. really spacious and nice!
Entering the lodge area is a dining room with a gas fireplace that immediately sets the atmosphere. Then there is the bar area with guest toilet as well as a large conference room (internet with WIFI enhancers is installed), The Lodge has a kitchen with gas burner cooking tops as well as an electric oven this is a well-equipped kitchen.
There is a large loft with veranda. The loft is used as a games room (DSTV, Library and a pool table and a walk-in safe). The Lodge has a 37KVA generator installed.
