OWNERS HOUSE

Luxurious 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house with three lounges, dining room and modern and well equipped kitchen. Two studies and four garages including 1 hanger for the helicopter (helicopter not included) and Heli-Pad. Large swimming pool and well established and manicured garden overlooking the Waterberg mountains.ALL THE OWNER''S HOUSE FURNITURE NOW INCLUDED.

MAIN LODGE

The main lodge accommodates 14 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Central boma braai area and swimming pool. Fully licensed restaurant adjacent to the main lodge seats 40 people with well equipped kitchen and bar area.

COUNTRY HOUSE

The country house sleeps 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a boma braai area, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

CHALET NEAR MAIN LODGE

The chalet sleeps 4 people with boma braai area and jacuzzi with access to the main lodge swimming pool.

CULTURAL BUSH/HUNTING VILLAGE

Driving to the top of the mountain, you will be surprised to find the cultural bush village in a spectacular private setting. Three chalets sleeps 8 people in total with own swimming pool, bush lapa/restaurant overlooking the dam. Covered day beds for total peace and relaxation. The cultural village is not connected to the grid. Chalets have gas geysers.

MANAGERs HOUSE

The managers house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with own entrance for privacy. Playground for younger children. Large store (old house) with meat handling facilities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

Staff accommodation includes a three- and two bedroom house with own entrance and accommodation for up to 10 people.

WATER RETICULATION

The reserve owns 5 equipped boreholes of which one is equipped with a solar pump.

The seasonal rivers feed four earth dams stocked with fish.

Four breeding camps for exclusive breeding with scarce game species including buffalo.

ELECTRICITY

Eskom three phase electricity backed up with a 25 kva generator area for the main lodge area.

FENCE

The farm is game fenced with an energised electric fence.

GAME

All the game on the farm is now included in the asking price. A detailed inventory of all the assets is available to all serious buyers.
