43 ha Farm in Bela-Bela (Warmbaths)

The holiday guest farm is sold as an operational business 3 km from the Bela Bela turnoff from the N1 highway. The farm is 10km outside Bela Bela towards the N1. The Guest Farm is situated on two portions of the farm Tweefontein totalling 42.8ha with two title deeds but operates as one integrated unit. The accommodation is neatly arranged in separate areas including a caravan park, chalets, family camp and self-catering bush camps. There are 2 houses and 4 swimming pools. One of the pools are heated and under cover.

CARAVAN PARK

28 camp sites with energised fencing, 10 of which have permanent residents.

Three self-catering chalets with two bedrooms each. A fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. A fourth self-catering chalet with 1 bedroom, bathroom, TV Room, stove and braai area.

BUSH CAMP

The Bush Camp is a relaxing self-catering bush getaway which has 4x wooden rooms with 3x single beds, 2x wooden rooms with 2x single beds and 1x wooden room with 4x single beds catering for up to a party of 20 people. Self-catering facilities with, kitchen, TV Room/lounge hall, ablution, and a private pool.

FAMILY CAMP

Family camp has 5 x wooden buildings on poles with private pool and braai catering for 12 people.

Air-condition units in most of the accommodation sites.

Two residential Houses

House 1 - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open plan kitchen dining room and lounge.

House 2- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge.

Two boreholes producing 1000lt per hour each, as well as municipal water backup and numerous water storage tanks. One tractor and trailer.

Wildlife includes:

Wildebeest, nyalas, bush buck, impala, and Duiker.
