Pecan nut Farm with 300m riverfront for sale.

This riverfront farm consists of 2 parts that is separated by a main road. The biggest part of 55 hectares is planted with 780 pecan nut trees, this orchard is also fenced off with a 1.2 m bonox fence. Most of these trees were planted in August 2018. There is also Registered water rights from 3 boreholes (Currently not equipped) and a natural spring. This water flows into a natural dam, which makes expanding the orchard even easier.

The housing for two workers, with a bathroom and some storage sheds for equipment, is located in the center of the 55 Hectare portion.

There is a huge potential to bottle spring water, on the farm, with already approved building plans for a bottling plant, with foundations already dug. However, these plans can also be used for building a house.

The 300m Riverfront section, is fenced off with a six-strand barbed wire boundary fence and is approximately 15 hectares big, and easily accessible with a well-maintained road. The river is suitable for fishing as well as motorized water sports. A bathroom with a shower and a cement slab with concrete benches, makes it easy for you to camp and relax next to the river.
