The two farms one being 112 hectares and 223 hectares each are adjacent to each other .The pineapple cultivar grown is the Cayenne smooth leaf variety. This variety is known for its high juice content and is used for juice and canned products . An estimate of about 4,000 tons are produced yearly. There is a farm house which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges . Extras are a shed, 2 reservoirs, water tanks , 2 dams, 7 boreholes which 2 are in use.
