825 ha Farm in Alexandria

Alexandria farm. Situated about 20 km west of Alexandria on the coastal R72 road, presently operating as a Dairy Farm but could be better suited as a beef cattle farm.

The property is 825 ha in extent (5 titles ) but could be sold as three units should 3 buyers be found. All of these portions have their own houses, one portion has a house with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room and lounge with a swimming pool in need of repair as well as 16 point swing over herringbone milking parlour and bulk room, staff houses, feed shed and workshop.
