Terra Nova

The Terra Nova Private Town development is situated next to the N17 highway, adjacent to Trichardt and Secunda. To date, 600 units and houses have been built and are occupied by the residents of the 6 complexes that comprise the town. Terra Nova has its own gas banks which supplies the whole town. Every unit in Terra Nova comes standard with a gas stove & oven, a gas heater and a gas geyser. Terra Nova also has three back-up generators which supplies electricity in case of a power outage. Eco-friendly building techniques and materials are used extensively during construction. Terra Nova is monitored by a 24 hour CCTV system consisting of 40 HD cameras. Each complex has its own secure gated entrances with access control combined with perimeter walls with electric fencing. In addition to residential housing a restaurant (Crawdaddy’s), lodge and wedding venue has been added with a convenience shopping centre and filling station reaching the end of the planning process.
