Smile Property Group was founded over 10 years ago, we are predominately rental specialists but we also have a sales division to assist clients who wishes to sell. Because Smile Prop has got a lot of units on our books it is sometimes easier to sell an investment property because we e-mail the owners with the possible investment and in most cases if the property is well priced we will sell it to an investor as well as manage the rental thereafter. Smile Properties started the rentals division and specializes in rentals because so many owners have been done in by other agents who made promises, the client did not get the rental, the property get mismanaged and in some cases a loss of thousands of rands due to mismanagement.

We at Smile Property have come across so many owners that at first did not want to do business with us (agents) due to a very bad experience, after persuasion and a couple of months with us the owner realize that this is what he/she had in mind from an agency from the beginning. Myself (Dries Cronje) strive to manage all my units as my own and have a deep passion for my business and the property industry as a hole. In most cases tenants want to rent from the owner directly because they know they can take chances, pay late and spin the owner all sorts of stories and they know in most cases the owner does not have the know how to handle it especially when it comes to evicting a client. We have been in the industry for going on 11 years now and trust me I have seen most of the loop holes.
