Roots Real Estate

Roots Real Estate was established in 2003 by owner, Kim Miller.

Roots handles Sales, Rentals, Managed Rentals and Off-plan Development Sales.

We are currently involved with Renico Construction in Parkview, after our successful venture at Parkwood Manor (102 units). Prior to this development,

we sold Watsonia View and Paddington Ridge.

Roots are affiliated to TPN (Credit bureau) and all billing of tenants is run on the TPN system. All credit checks on tenants are also carried out on

TPN.

We are based in Northwold Gardens (Near Northgate Shopping Centre) and cover a large area, including Fourways / Parktown and surrounds / Randburg - all the way through to Krugersdorp.
