RE/MAX Insight started out as Insight Properties which was founded in 2004 out of a passion for real estate and a desire to improve the way the industry operates, challenging tradition, doing business differently, giving you the edge. On the 1st of August 2012 Insight Properties became RE/MAX Insight.

Jeffreys Bay is known worldwide as the home of the perfect wave, it is at the heart of South African surf culture and in our minds rightly so. International surfers flock to catch the legendary waves, in our paradise of sunshine, aloes, dolphins, shells, perfect points & classic reefs. Once here you find ithard to leave such an idyllic spot with it's beautiful beaches been surrounded by nature that creates a relaxed atmosphere that has a magic to it that still attracts people from all walks of life. It is colorful and diverse.

Ever since Captain Jeffrey (we don ’ t have to tell you where Jeffreys Bay got its name from) was forced to land his vessel in our bay people have not been able to stay away.

In 1852 Capt. Jeffrey bought erf 1,2,3 and 10 for a total of 79 pounds, and till this day people see the real estate opportunities in our coastal town
