Previously Manja Kritzinger traded as Greenlands Properties, but in keeping with the property trend the above group in association with Realtors International was formed. Realtors International is a coalition of well-established local estate agencies mainly in the Western Cape and Cape Town area. We have come together to pool our resources, share our experience and offer our clients the benefits of an international network of buyers. We’ll still offer all the personal service and intimate neighborhood knowledge that has made each of us outstandingly successful in our own areas. But now we’ll have more muscle, more referrals and a permanent presence in Johannesburg, London, Zurich and Dubai.

The organisation is 16 years old, comprises of 11 staff members with a total of about 50 years experience in the real estate business and concentrate on the residential market, from entree level to the most sophisticated estates, in the greater Durbanville,Bellville and Brackenfell area. Leasing of property is also part of the product mix.
