We have a policy of transparency and honesty when dealing with our clients and the properties involved. Regarding Sole Mandates, we are ADAMANTLY OPPOSED to these as we feel it hinders the sellers’ opportunity to sell at the maximum price. Although we are a small agency, we have been established for the last 21 years and have a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry in Underberg.

We deal with farms and small holdings from Richards Bay to Sutterheim and in Bergville through to Winterton. Within Underberg and Himeville we work with residential houses, country cottages, plots and small holdings, as well as rentals within this area.

I have been living in the Underberg area for 30years, and I am married to a farmer in the area, I am therefore, well able to advise what can and cannot be done in our harsh climate. I have worked within the real estate industry for 25years. As a profession I have a long history of education and remedial teaching and as an ethos, the agency adheres closely to Christian principles.

Beautiful Southern Drakensberg Mountain Range with the famous Sani Pass (great tourist attraction) nearby.

Only one hour to big shops, 1.5hrs to Pietermaritzburg. Another 45min from Pietermaritzburg to Durban.

We have Spar and OK grocery shops, butchery, Mr Price, clothes and gift shops.4 country Hotels in the area + many good restuarants.3 active Churches.

Four major trout rivers through our area. Lots of active sports and interest clubs.

BUT the most valuable asset is our lovely, supportive community. THEY ARE WONDERFUL! The support they give one another when there is a need is quite incredible.
