Richard Arderne bought the franchise in 2005, and since then has traded successfully, selling buyers the St Francis lifestyle as well as property. Richard has been very involved in organising, sponsoring and participating in sports events: MTB, paddling/surfski, surfing, golf, squash, quadrathlon, windsurfing, and kiteboarding, running ... even a little tennis/bowls/fishing. He has been fortunate to have the support of his wife, Jane, who is the book-keeper, and the sales team of Neil and Lois Fox, and Desiree Ferreira, as well as Emily Obray who runs the holiday rentals.
