Our story

In 2020, Lifestyle Property Group was founded by Frans Van Staden, the company’s Managing Director. A real estate titan, he boasts more than 16 years of experience within the industry. Van Staden was the Principal of Seeff Meyersdal for four years. Here he realized that to better serve his clients, he would need to create a new company. Lifestyle Property Group arose to branch out and provide expertise to clients from other areas.

Van Staden had his own real estate agency for five years between 2004 and 2009. During this time, he also served on the MLS board as Marketing Director. He was approached by Colliers International where he was appointed MD for Johannesburg South and Alberton between 2009 and 2013. In 2013, National Realtors Group (NRG) was born, Van Staden being one of the founding directors.

His professionalism later caught the attention of Seeff. Under the Seeff Ambarella brand, Van Staden won the award for most units sold in 2016/2017. He has also completed qualifications that assist clients in making real estate decisions confidently. These include his I.O.B. (Institute of Bankers), B.Com, CEA, and NQF5 qualifications. This drive, professionalism, and passion for real estate are shared by the rest of the team.
