“Homegrown Properties” was established by partners Meg and Jo, in order to provide a more personalised service between the agent and the client. After working in a large corporate agency for a few years, they both discovered that once a deal was signed, that’s where their services were expected to end, and the client was passed onto the next team of people to help the deal go through.

Meg and Jo specialise in a more personal service right from the word go until the sale is signed, sealed and delivered! From advice on the right team of professionals to use for renovations and maintenance for sellers to the right people to speak to for buyers.

After spending a lot of time in the Bryanston area, they have branched out into the surrounding areas and believe that if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will find it – all the while matching the client to the property.
