Goss Letting is managed by Mel Goss who has a wealth of business and financial skills behind him, which is used to the advantage of both Landlord and Tenant. His 11 years of experience in the residential rental industry enables Goss Letting to provide their clients with the best service possible. The hands-on approach that Mel takes with Landlords and Tenants alike, facilitates a much smoother administration of the rental portfolio coupled with the application of a sophisticated rental software programme. Goss Letting subscribes to Tenant Profile Network (TPN) which ensures a good calibre of applicant being selected as a tenant. TPN is linked to most credit bureaus, thus reducing the possibility of placing a high-risk tenant in a property.
