Genesis Projects was formed in 1994 essentially as a Residential New Development Marketing and Sales company. Since then it has evolved into a Township Establishment operation that flows into the sales of new residential and commercial developments. It also has its own mortgage division that conveniently originates bonds for our clients. A division of the Genesis Group acquires vacant land, obtains approval for re-zoning and installs the infrastructure and bulk services to prepare the land for development. The majority of our developments are “sold out” off plan and construction commences once a comfortable percentage of sales have been achieved. We have placed over 10000 families into new homes since the inception of our Group. All our developments are enrolled with the NHBRC (5 year warranty scheme) and our competent legal firm does all our conveyancing and bond registrations.
