This company where started on the 1st of November 1997, the new baby of Belinda Bezuidenhout, the Principal and owner of Belissima Properties.

Belissima Properties were also involved in a Development in Theresa Park, a complex called Talanapark which we were busy marketing from 2010 – 2013. This complex’s is now sold out. The prices ranged from R695 000.00 – R750 00.00 all cost included in the purchase price, and it was a huge challenge to sold out the complex.

Like are slogan is saying “SPECIAL SERVICE FOR SPECIAL PROPERTIES” is exactly what Belinda and her team practice every day, and it’s for sure the case.
