A powerful brand name
For 50 years AÏDA has been at the forefront of Real Estate services in South Africa. Named after its founder Aïda Geffen, AÏDA has been delivering quality products and services to members and consumers alike since 1958. When homebuyers and sellers think real estate, they think of the AÏDA brand, a Real Estate Group most likely to service their homeownership needs.
Marketing, promotion, advertising and public relations
The AÏDA brand utilises an effective combination of print media, and outdoor advertising to ensure that its message reaches across South Africa. Advertorials in publications including 'The Property Professional’, "Money' magazine (City Press) and news articles in several of the daily newspapers ensure a wide audience is reached both domestically and abroad.

Billboards, bus shelters, ID-Lites, and suburban signs ensure that the AÏDA Brand remains top of mind for consumers.
Technology
The AÏDA Network remains at the forefront of technology in real estate. The whole network operates on a seamless end-to-end management system, which include functionality such as monitored marketing solutions of all mandates and the auto population of the AÏDA website.
The AÏDA website is a self maintained totally integrated Internet and Intranet program, which is linked to various international and local portholes.

Training
Having pioneered seller and buyer marketing solutions of sole mandates, show houses and parameter pricing - these proprietary systems and more are taught to members by highly qualified instructors. Recognized as a leader in real estate training solutions, training and education remains a high priority within the AÏDA System.
Franchising
AÏDA pioneered Real Estate Franchising in 1979 when the first franchises were awarded. Today the Real Estate System with its headquarters in Centurion, Pretoria provides a comprehensive training, management, administrative, technology and marketing support and service solution to its members.
The System in line with its vision statement of positioning AÏDA as the Premier Real Estate Franchise is complemented by a dedicated and highly experienced support and service centre. Our main focus remains service excellence to all Buyers and Sellers of real estate.
