Albert Saunders Attorneys & Conveyancers was established in 2008 with the dream of providing the people of the Greater St Francis and Kouga area with a professional and efficient solution to their Conveyancing needs. The practice has its roots in, and it evolved from the first general Attorney’s Practice originally established in St Francis Bay during 1984, but we now focus solely on Conveyancing and the Administration of Deceased Estates.

Having been the only Attorneys’ Firm in the St Francis Bay / Cape St Francis areas for many years, we benefit from an intimate knowledge of the area and from established relationships with the various role players involved in transfer process, making it possible to get the job done effectively and accurately. We have systems in place that are based on the unique requirements of our area, and, because the bulk of our clients do not physically reside here, the practice is geared towards making the transfer process run as smoothly as possible, with the least amount of hassle for both buyers and sellers, wherever in the world they may find themselves. Our reporting system keeps our clients, estate agents, bond originators and linked attorneys updated on everything that happens on a file as it happens, so everybody knows exactly where the process is at, and what is expected to happen next. This not only saves time for the professionals involved, but also provides comfort to the parties during a process that has proven to be emotionally taxing.
