According to Michelle Dickens of the Tenant Profile Network, landlords and tenants can make use of the Rental Housing Tribunal, for free, to settle disputes of any nature. This is helpful to ensure that landlords maintain the property, and deposit refunding issue can be sorted out. However, the Rental Housing Tribunal cannot make evictions.
