Gareth Kemp: Security is a number one priority in terms of South Africans at the moment, for obvious reasons. And there's a big push to having a secured lock up and go lifestyle. Without forgetting that one of the key determinants in terms of property purchases these days is transport, availability of public transport, and travel time to the office.
