South African DJ and music producer, Euphonik, shares his thoughts on what to consider when embarking on a property investment opportunity.
Question:
Do you use the Private Property platform in your search for investment opportunities?
Euphonik: Yeah. I mean, the Private Property platform is actually a platform that I use all the time to check what's happening in different areas around the country, to see what properties are available, and to see where there's a high demand in properties. Also, where there's a lot of sales because then you know that there actually might be opportunity in that area. Also, just to suss things out, Private property is like dope when it comes to that.
Question:
What is your property buying criteria?
Euphonik: So, with the type of properties that I look at, I'm actually very area specific and area focused. So, I won't buy an apartment in PE or a vacant stand in Durban. I focus on the area and if there's a deal of a vacant stand in the area that I like or an apartment or a house, then I'll invest, but I'm very, very area specific with the investment that I do.
