Do all landlords need to provide a lease agreement?

The Rental Housing Act regulates all residential rental agreements, according to Michelle Dickens of the Tenant Profile Network. The Rental Housing Amendment Bill regulates lease agreements and all landlords will have to provide lease agreements.
