In each episode of this exciting reality show, viewers are introduced to a family in South Africa that is ready to move but is having difficulty selling their current home. The Vat Jou Goed en Trek team are enlisted to help the family achieve their move.
Top local estate agents from RE/MAX will suggest cost-effective and practical ways to make the property more attractive to buyers. With input from top interior designer Lara Fourie, the Vat Jou Goed en Trek contractors will undertake renovations and cosmetic changes that will transform the house. The materials for the renovations will be sponsored by Cashbuild.
At the end of the project the family is brought for the big reveal of the revamped property. The “new” property is then marketed to potential buyers through South Africa’s favourite property website, Private Property.
Over the course of 13 weeks, a wide range of topics will be covered including renovations, painting, decluttering, home staging and property marketing.
