10. Ballito - R14,748m²

Ballito, on KZN’s North Coast has shown tremendous growth in the past decade. New upmarket lifestyle estates have sprung up in the area, adding to the houses and flats in the main residential and beachfront areas. The area has experienced a population boom as more South Africans choose to make the coastal town their home and commute to work, often in Gauteng.
