Experience French-inspired splendour at Le Parc Residential Estate

Set for release in Paarl is arguably the most exclusive new family lifestyle development in the price range R1.675m to R3.155m – Le Parc Residential Estate. The first phase offers 34 turn-key built homes designed by Malherbe Rust Architects and bespoke interior specialist Niche Interiors.

Says Paul Neethling of Le Parc Residential Estate: “Paarl is a very popular area, but the prices of some of the local estates are prohibitive. We identified an opportunity to cater for buyers who wanted excellent amenities at a more accessible price. We achieved this with Le Parc Residential Estate, which is a magnificent, high-quality family estate that strikes the perfect balance between exclusivity and affordability.”

He adds: “What sets it apart is the magnificent centrally placed parkland, aptly named Le Grande Park, that has a host of lifestyle features that include a large, multi-sports grassed oval, a children’s skate park and bike pump-track, kids’ play area, outdoor gym stations, tennis court and picnic areas. The estate also features a host of orchards, olive groves, vineyards, smaller parks and a 4 km jogging and bike track. A superb on-site crèche, Le Petit Ami, will be run by an experienced team of educators and cater for up to 150 children. This phased development will ultimately include a range of approximately 500 turn-key built homes and sectional title apartments.

“The security infrastructure is provided by FANG and is considered to be best in breed. The investment in quality security is simple: Le Parc Residential Estate is intended for carefree living – a place where children should be allowed to roam free, whether visiting the main parkland or venturing into one of the many smaller parks dotted throughout the estate. Family is at the core of what matters at Le Parc.”

The first phase of 34 turn-key homes is set to launch from 03 May 2018. Designed for contemporary living, purchasers can choose from six luxurious home styles. Those homes which are single storey come with either 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one garage (total house size, including veranda – 105.7 m2) or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one garage (total house size, including veranda – 139.8 m2). The two-storey homes offer either 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and one or two garages; or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 garages, and range in size from 167.2 m2 to 187.1 m2. These homes are priced from R1.675m to R3.155m, with no transfer duty payable, and only a 5% deposit required. In terms of the interior design there are two finishing moods created by Niche Bespoke Interiors to choose from: Modern Contemporary, which encompasses modern silhouettes, a light, crisp palette and a gradation of neutral tones and white accents to create a modern aesthetic; or Modern French, with a focus on classic features in a fresh way, with a juxtaposition of light and dark finishes.

When it comes to fittings and finishes, each bathroom features Grohe taps, walk-in showers where possible and Swiss-developed Giberit wall-hung toilets. In the kitchens residents can enjoy cooking on Italian-designed Smeg 90 cm wide freestanding ovens with integrated extractors, and the engineered stone countertops. Each home includes laminate and large-format tile flooring, LED lighting, and fibre-to-home connectivity. Some offer effortless indoor-outdoor flow through sliding glass doors and include braais.

Each home also features a grey water system in order to help save water, and rainwater harvesting measures are also available as an option.

JN Project Management is the appointed development manager and Exeo has already been given the green light to commence with the first phase of civil construction of the estate.

A sales office showcasing a large-scale physical model of the estate, the luxury interior finishings and state-of-the-art computer-generated imagery is open to visit Monday to Friday 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm and Sundays 2pm-5pm. The sales office is situated opposite well-known Paarl eatery Knus Karoo Kombuis.
